Return & Exchange Policy

To request a return or exchange of any product, it is necessary to present the corresponding invoice. The issuance of a credit note is subject to approval by MATSSALE. Products presented for return or exchange must be in the same condition as they were sold, and the transportation of the material back to our facilities is the responsibility of the customer. Please observe the conditions and deadlines of our Returns and Exchanges Policy listed below:

I – PURCHASES BY PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS:

a) WITH DEFECTS:

  • 8 days from the date of purchase/delivery;

  • The customer has a 6-month warranty period to request the return or exchange of the damaged product, and must report the defect within 8 days of its discovery;

  • After this 6-month period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted;

  • Returns or exchanges of materials damaged due to misuse, inadequate storage, or poor handling by the customer or third parties will not be accepted.

b) WITHOUT DEFECTS:

  • 8 days from the date of purchase/delivery;

  • Returns or exchanges of items specially ordered for the customer, items with special measurements, or personalized items will not be accepted.

II – NON-PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS - IN-STORE PURCHASES:

a) WITH DEFECTS:

  • 14 days from the date of purchase;

  • If the customer is aware of the non-conformity at the time of purchase or if it is evident, there is no right to return or exchange the material;

  • Returns or exchanges of materials damaged due to misuse, inadequate storage, or poor handling by the customer or third parties will not be accepted.

b) WITHOUT DEFECTS:

  • 14 days from the date of purchase;

  • Returns or exchanges of items specially ordered for the customer, items with special measurements, or personalized items will not be accepted.

III – NON-PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS - DISTANCE PURCHASES:

  • 14 days from the receipt of the material;

  • If several shipments are made for the same order, the 14-day period starts from the last delivery;

  • Returns or exchanges of non-defective items that have been specially ordered for the customer, items with special measurements, or personalized items will not be accepted;

  • Returns or exchanges of materials damaged due to misuse, inadequate storage, or poor handling by the customer or third parties will not be accepted.

For non-professional consumers and in case of defects, the Warranty Law applies.

 

IV – PURCHASES BY FINAL CONSUMERS:

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted, so the customer must check the condition of the material before purchasing, declaring that they accept and acknowledge the condition of the material and that it will not be subject to any returns or exchanges.
